A thought leader - 25+ years of legacy in practice areas - Water, Agriculture, Women Empowerment, Health, Skilling, Education - With close to 3 decades of expertise in knowledge and practice, it was time for Ambuja Cement Foundation to document the wealth of expertise for newer organizations to benefit
Challenge
To capture 25+ years of expertise as knowledge and practice leaders and develop an SOP (standard operating procedure) that:

Can be used by ACF to train human resources in newer geographies during expansion

As a learning tool by newer organizations before they set up a project in any of these practice areas
Solution
A specially curated ‘Knowledge Repository toolkit’ developed through an extensive exercise that included:

Desk review and in depth understanding of the 6 practice areas

Consultations with Sr Mgmt, Program teams, Leads at Field offices
-
Immersion visits for live project exposure and SOP development
-
Development of a Knowledge Repository Model that was specially tailored to ACF's practice areas
The above formed the foundation for the Knowledge Repository toolkit.

ACF used it as a knowledge sharing tool internal and external to the organization. The design of the tool made it a ready reference for any program leader creating a program design and theory of change for these practice areas
