For K.C.Mahindra Education Trust our theme was Origami. In origami, it all starts with a blank paper that can be folded and molded into beautiful creations. Origami symbolized the transformative potential of the right kind of education in a child’s growth and development, transforming them into sensitive, educated, conscious individuals who can become leaders in their chosen field and in their communities. Digital newsletters enable you to share regular updates with your stakeholders. Beyond crafting visually impactful newsletters for your organization, we leverage platforms like mailchimp to circulate them among your target audience and review performance for optimisation of outreach.
Strategy and Knowledge Products
Organizational Strategy provides strategic direction for your organization for the next 5-10 years, with the aim of aligning stakeholders and resources towards common objectives. At VIVA, as a programs first organization, we specialize in organization strategy development through a facilitative and collaborative process.
We have developed 5-year strategies through a series of consultations, key informant interviews and desk reviews for various organizations such as - Family Planning Association India (FPA India), Foundation for Reproductive Health Services, India (FRHSI) and Ipas Development Foundation (IDF). Knowledge products facilitate the sharing of knowledge and standard operating procedures with both internal and external stakeholders for cross learning and revamping or scaling of programs. Some of the knowledge products we have developed include SOPs for all program verticals of Ambuja Cement Foundation, a learning document in partnership with the UNFPA and Engender Health for a young people's advisory group program.
Website and Social Media
Websites and Social media, with the appropriate digital promotion strategy are powerful tools for your organization to communicate your mission, amplify reach and foster engagement with relevant audiences.We develop digital promotion strategies that aligns with your core values, and tailors your digital content for the right online exposure and impact, thereby building thought leadership. From developing social media content and toolkits, to building capacity of your communications team, we create and implement organic promotion via digital media.
In 2023, FPAI launched a campaign on preventing and arresting cervical cancer and fundraise for the cause. Leveraging social media, we built a six-month digital campaign called ‘Race to Erase Cervical Cancer’ with objectives (a) educating audiences about cervical cancer (b) garnering funding support. The digital campaign was coupled with an on ground campaign through the TATA Mumbai Marathon to amplify awareness and funding. Websites can also serve as a comprehensive online repository of your work. Through strategic consultation, desk review and audience mapping, we align your website with your vision, visual identity and practice area. We craft a unique brand language that appeals to your audience, enhancing digital visibility, credibility and audience engagement. We created the VIVA website in-house. Some of the websites we have made include the National Drug user association, one for Sex workers Rights and Empowerment, National network of Transgenders and a HIV positive network.
Brand Identity and Brand Building
Branding is a mechanism for your organization to recognise ‘Who you are’?, ‘Why you exist?’, ‘What values you hold?’ and ‘How do you leverage these to make a difference in the world?’. At VIVA, we specialize in helping you uncover and embrace your distinct identity. This could be for your organization or a particular social product or service.
To address the low utilization of government-established HIV testing service, we undertook an initiative to build a brand that the audience would find friendly and accessible, thereby increasing service uptake. Rebranding included a change of identity and logo, designing of all service touch points, and creating unique brand experiences. Similarly, we have also carried out a branding exercise for a crowdfunding platform, a project catering to orphaned children, and so on.
Organizational Film
A concise yet impactful presentation of your organization through the audiovisual medium that effectively communicates why you exist, who you serve, key milestones and impact to audiences at large.
In a brand or organizational film, our endeavor is to tell the story in the voices that matter - these could be beneficiaries, service provider, donor, any key stakeholder. We documented the journey of ‘Saksham’ - an initiative by the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) for TB control. Similarly a film for Jhpiego's 'Born Healthy' initiative or FPA India's corporate film.
